Nutrilite Double X: How to Take It & What’s on the Label
Looking up how to take Nutrilite™ Double X™—or what’s actually on the label? This page is a label / official product-page explainer. It quotes unaltered use directions and claim language from Amway’s U.S. Nutrilite Double X product pages (Claim Sources). It does not invent dosages, expand health claims, or compare named competitor vitamin brands.

One decision for this page: understand the official how-to-take directions and what’s described on the label / PDP—then, if you want the product, order from Amway.com (UTM shop links after the how-to and label sections).

What Nutrilite Double X is (official PDP wording only)
On Amway’s U.S. Double X product pages, Amway describes the product in Claim Source language such as:
Carefully crafted with your optimal health in mind, this ultimate multivitamin provides over 40 nutrients to help support energy, heart, brain, eyes, skin, bones, immune, cellular health, and healthy aging and vitality.†
And:
Contains 22 vitamins and minerals including vitamins A to E, calcium, zinc, magnesium, selenium and more, and 22 nutrients from fruits, vegetables and herbs grown on our Nutrilite™ farms and partner farms. This ultimate multivitamin provides over 40 nutrients to help support heart, brain, bone, eye, immune, skin, energy, healthy aging, cellular health and vitality†.
Amway attaches the required disclaimer to those structure/function statements:
† This statement has not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
This site does not paraphrase those lines into stronger promises. If a phrase is not on the current Amway Claim Source for your market, do not treat it as a claim.
Three tablets (U.S. tray / refill format): Amway’s U.S. use instructions refer to a multivitamin tablet, a multimineral tablet, and a phytonutrient tablet—taken together as directed below.
How to take it (verbatim U.S. use instructions)
From Amway U.S. product Use instructions for the 31-day formats (Items #A0244 / #A4300):
Consume 1 multivitamin tablet, 1 multimineral tablet, and 1 phytonutrient tablet two times daily, with meals.
For the 10-day Supply (Item #123364, packet format), Amway’s U.S. use instructions state:
Consume 1 packet two times daily, with meals.
Practical label reading:
- Match the directions to your pack (tray/refill vs packets).
- Take with meals, as written.
- Do not invent a different schedule from blogs or this page.
- Read all warnings and advisories printed on your label and on the live PDP (including any iron-related child-safety language if present on your pack).
- If you are pregnant, nursing, under age guidance on the label, or have a medical condition, follow the product’s own advisory language and talk with a qualified health professional—this page is not medical advice.
What’s on the label (how to read it—not a substitute for Supplement Facts)
Amway publishes Supplement Facts on the Nutrilite Double X product pages. Amounts, Daily Values, and ingredient lists can be updated. Do not rely on a third-party summary (including this article) as a complete label.
What Amway’s U.S. PDP-level description emphasizes (high level only):
| Claim Source theme | How Amway frames it (U.S. PDP) |
|---|---|
| Vitamins & minerals | “22 vitamins and minerals,” with examples such as vitamins A to E, calcium, zinc, magnesium, selenium |
| Plant nutrients | “22 nutrients from fruits, vegetables and herbs” / “22 plant concentrates” |
| Overall nutrient count | “over 40 nutrients” in the structure/function lines quoted above |
| Phytonutrient blend | Amway discusses plant concentrates including the PhytoProtect™ blend on the PDP FAQ |
This table is not Supplement Facts; use live PDP Ingredients / Supplement Facts for amounts/%DV.
Phytonutrient FAQ wording on Amway’s U.S. Double X pages (quoted, not expanded):
Phytonutrients are naturally occurring chemicals in plants that help it defend against environmental stresses. The Nutrilite™ brand products have always included these plant nutrients in its supplement formulas because of their benefits to humans. The phytonutrients found in the 22 plant concentrates in Double X™ supplement, including those in the PhytoProtect™ blend, offer you both broad and targeted antioxidant protection, helping your body proactively defend against the excess free radicals that cause oxidative stress.*
Amway also notes NSF certification language on the U.S. PDP (“Nutrilite™ Double X™ is NSF certified”) with an explanatory FAQ on that page—read Amway’s own NSF explanation there rather than third-party restatements.
To verify ingredients: open the live PDP → Ingredients / Supplement Facts, then compare to the carton/foil in your hands. If they differ, the physical label on your product wins for what you are taking.
