Finder steps (identity only—no install choreography):
- Find the model / item number on the unit sticker, box, purchase receipt, or Amway order history.
- Open the Atmosphere Help Desk or your Owner’s Guide PDF.
- Match replacement filter SKUs on the Amway HEPA / Carbon PDPs fit sections.
- Order only the SKU Amway shows for that model.
If your paperwork shows a different market SKU, do not assume 120540 / 120541 fit—match the manual, PDP fit list, or Customer Care.

Warranty finder (what Amway publishes)
From Amway’s Atmosphere Sky™ Help Desk / Atmosphere Support (Claim Source wording):
Registering your unit online or via mobile device will activate your unit’s original two-year limited warranty. As your Atmosphere Sky™ unit filters the air in your home, it will alert you when your filters need to be replaced. If you purchase, install and register the new filters within 90 days of when you are alerted, then you continue your warranty protection for up to 5 years.
Amway materials also note registering replacement filters within 90 days of purchase for continued protection—prefer the live Help Desk text and the warranty that ships with your unit for current terms by market.
