Filter indicators (when to clean vs order vs replace)

Per Amway’s Atmosphere Sky™ Help Desk / Atmosphere Support:

The filter replacement indicator lights on the display panel are usually green. The filter replacement indicator lights show the Pre-Filter, HEPA filter, and carbon filter from left-to-right. If the Pre-Filter light turns amber that indicates it needs to be cleaned. If the HEPA filter light turns amber, this indicates you should order a new filter. If you do so at this time, by the time the light turns red, you will have your new filter and can register and replace it right away. Make sure to register your new filter to ensure you are receiving your additional limited warranty protection. Anytime you replace the carbon or HEPA filter, it is recommended that you vacuum your Pre-Filter.

Monitor Carbon and HEPA filters via the Atmosphere Connect™ app or the unit display (Amway Help Desk / Support).

No medical, disease, cure, or air-health claims here—use only unaltered Amway Claim Sources for performance language.

Warranty note (unit + filter registration)

Per Amway Atmosphere Sky™ Help Desk / Support:

Registering your unit online or via mobile device will activate your unit’s original two-year limited warranty. As your Atmosphere Sky™ unit filters the air in your home, it will alert you when your filters need to be replaced. If you purchase, install and register the new filters within 90 days of when you are alerted, then you continue your warranty protection for up to 5 years.

Amway also requires registering replacement filters within 90 days of purchase (Help Desk three-step process below). Prefer live Help Desk / market warranty materials for current terms.

Register the unit (app or online)

Help Desk high-level flow:

  1. Download / open the app Amway names for your market (Atmosphere Connect™ or Amway™ Healthy Home may appear in Amway materials—use your registration label or Help Desk).
  2. Pair or follow in-app prompts for your Atmosphere Sky™ unit.
  3. Hit the Register icon.

You may also register online by entering the number on the sticker inside the unit (Help Desk). Some Amway materials also use the 2D code inside the unit—follow your registration label or the Help Desk.
