Older generation manuals (example California owner’s manual PDF on Amway CDN) list replacement cartridge model 10-0186 for legacy housings (models such as 10-0185-CA / related). If your unit or paperwork shows 10-0186, do not assume 122943 fits—match the manual / Amway fit list / Customer Care.

The limited warranty on the eSpring™ UV Water Purifier is 3 full years.
Registering the unit (Help Desk / Healthy Home app) makes ordering parts and warranty claims easier, per Amway’s Help Desk copy. Newer marketing leaflets may describe different standard warranty lengths by configuration—activate and read the warranty that ships with your unit and the live Help Desk text for your market.
Owner’s manuals also include a Limited Warranty and Satisfaction Guarantee section—use the PDF for your model for definitions of covered parts, exclusions (consumables often differ), and claim process.
